This recipe puts a flavorful twist on classic chia pudding. Our Lemon Cream Chia Pudding packs a punch of flavor and nutrients—while tasting indulgent. It’s loaded with protein, fiber, and antioxidants. This two-part dessert starts with a layer of chia-based pudding and is topped with lemon cream.
To make the chia layer, you’ll need:
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup of Longevity Superfood Blend Cacao Flavor
- 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- Zest of 1/2 a Lemon
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
To make the lemon cream layer, you’ll need:
1 cup of Raw Cashews
1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 tbsp. of Fresh Lemon Juice
Zest of 1/2 a Lemon
2 tbsp. Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- Soak the cashews in hot water for 1 hour and strain thoroughly. Next, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
