This sweet treat tastes like dessert, but it’s packed with nutrients that will satisfy your body and provide the energy you need to crush your to-do list. Enjoy it for breakfast, a post-workout recovery snack, or even a midday pick-me-up.
For this recipe, you will need:
- 1 cup of Ice
- 1 Pitted Date
- 8 oz. Unsweetened Organic Almond Milk
- 1/2 of a Frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp. Almond Butter
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. MCT Oil
- 2 scoops of Longevity Superfood Blend Cacao Flavor
