Peanut Butter Cacao Overnight Oats

Longevity superfood-infused overnight oats are a yummy, well-balanced breakfast. Each serving has key nutrients that help energize and optimize your body’s natural processes. Elevated oatmeal? Sign me up. 

For this recipe, you will need:

  • 1/2 cup of your Choice of Nut Milk (I use almond)
  • 3/4 tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp of Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp of Almond or Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup of Longevity Superfood Blend, Cacao Flavor
Instructions:
  1. Moisten the oats with your choice of nut milk.
  2. Add nut milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup into a mason jar or sealable bowl. Mix these ingredients together. 
  3. Add moistened oats to your sealable container, mix, and seal/cover.
  4. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy breakfast fit for a superhero.
