I totally love this shake mix. I drink two a day and feel so much better since I began drinking it. Its chocolatey and minty but not overpowering. Just creamy and delicious. Since I started drinking longevity last September I have lost over 25 pounds. My digestion is better and I have more energy. I start my day by putting water,ice cubes and a scoop of Longevity in my Ninja blender. I whip it up and I'm done. Later in the day I make my dinnertime shake with water Ice some dairy free unsweetened coconut milk and some nut butter.
I have a craving for something extra and I will add berries or cinnamon and honey. Its good anyway I have tried it. Im addicted!
