Chia Seed pudding is a wonderful healthy alternative dessert. Chia seeds are packed with fiber, omega-3s, antioxidants, calcium, and more. We're enhancing this classic with a scoop of Longevity superfood to add some extra power to your day.
For this recipe you will need:
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 Chia
- 1 scoop of Cacao Longevity superfood blend
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Optional sweetener such as honey or maple syrup
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar
- Close, shake, and refrigerate for a few hours.
