This shake is energy thst I felt right away. Fresh minty but not overpowering. I loose a bit of belly fat from these shakes. My energy is better than it has been in years! My digestion is very regular since I began with longevity in September. All I can say it so delicious.If I mix with ice and water or add milk. Is all good!
